Information collected

If you subscribe to event updates, the website collects your email address and selected language. Technical anti-abuse data may also be processed when the subscription form is submitted.

The current website does not offer attendee registration, exhibitor applications, payments, or user accounts.

How information is used

Newsletter information is used to send public announcements, event details, and participation opportunities for Middle Corridor Expo 2027. Subscription is voluntary, and it is not an application or registration for the event.

Legal basis

Newsletter subscription data is processed on the basis of your consent. Only people who choose to subscribe are included. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter message. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Service providers

The newsletter form is processed by Brevo. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form against automated abuse. These providers may process technical information in accordance with their own privacy terms.

Within the event organization, access to the Brevo subscriber list is limited to Middle Corridor Expo, LLC.

Retention and choices

Email addresses are retained while subscribed. After unsubscribing, limited information may be retained as necessary to honor the opt-out and meet legal, security, and compliance obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. Send requests to info@middlecorridorexpo.com.

The controller’s postal address and information about an EU/EEA representative, if one is required, will be added when confirmed. Until then, the website will not intentionally expand its data collection beyond the newsletter and anti-abuse processing described here.

This notice may be updated as registration, applications, contact forms, analytics, or other event services are introduced. The date above will change when a material revision is published.
